Integrative Body Work Session

This session combines the techniques of craniosacral, neuromuscular, myofascial release, intuitive energy clearing and charging, trigger point, stretching, surrogate breath-work, to not only open your body; but to open your heart and mind. This work helps release old holding patterns and pain places in the musculoskeletal system while focusing on energy work to allow the client to clear their energy field and let go of blockages and stagnation.

Kundalini Activation/Chakra Clearing/Sound Therapy

Kundalini is our life force, it is what guides us and impacts our daily lives. We will Begin by grounding your roots in to the deep core of the Earth in to the Sacred Feminine, activating and clearing each of your Chakra centers from Base to Crown where we will then connect in with energetics of the Source field, allowing the Divine Masculine to weave its golden light to light up your inner and outer energetics. We work with the energy systems in your body along with your auric field which combines our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. Guarenteed to tune you deeply in to your Self and the energetic world we reside within. Awakening yourself to your Spirit. Combined with a full set of hand hammered bowls from Nepal and crystal bowls tuned to 432HZ, we will use the ancient technique of sound, energy, frequency and vibration to improve emotional and physical health. Very meditative - the tones and vibrations of the bowls promote deep relaxation, improves sleep, releases pains in the joints, muscles, aides with circulation, eases emotions, clears the energy system and far more! Clients are fully clothed on the table during these sessions.

7 day Chakra package

This package is designed to take place over the course of 7 consecutive days or minimum 1 session per week over the course of 7 weeks for maximum impact. Each session can last up to 2 hours. With each session we will be focusing body, mind and energy on each specific Chakra beginning at the Root and ending at the Crown on session 7. We will begin with a grounding and opening meditation directed to activate the Chakra of the day. We will infuse body work targeted to open up the pathways for the individual chakra while clearing out stagnation, old holding patterns and traumas using energy work, breathwork, sound therapy, color therapy and aroma therapy built for each energy center. Leaving you at the end of each session with practices, mantras, somatic movement, meditations and other tools to carry with you. Emily will be available for guidance throughout the week/weeks of your sessions.

Distance Energy/Remote Healing

Yes! Distance healing absolutely works! Energy is "sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present to receive the healing. It may be done over Zoom during a time set aside and agreed upon between you and Emily.
